The CNS Leadership Institute is designed to empower neurosurgeons with the skills needed to shape their careers and lead departments, groups, organizations, hospitals, and health systems in today’s healthcare environment.
The 12-month leadership program kicks off with two separate courses on May 21–22, 2021, in Chicago. It offers a series of live courses designed to impart leadership skills, business acumen, and management/mentoring skills required to engage with hospital administrators, industry, and healthcare partners. In the event we are not able to host this event, candidates will be offered a virtual alternative.
